JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The authority function for the division of social care is seeking a social welfare assistant for the adult group within disability support services. Your main task is to investigate, decide, and follow up on support for adults with disabilities according to LSS or the Social Services Act. The assignment includes many collaborative contacts within the municipality and externally with, for example, other authorities. You will work independently with your own tasks while being part of a team. The team shares a common responsibility to fulfill our mission, such as providing and receiving support with case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work, preferably with experience in authority exercise within LSS or SoL. You have good knowledge of current legislation, express yourself well in speech and writing, and follow decisions made. A driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you naturally have a good view of humanity, engagement, and a genuine interest in our target group. You are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work, and you have good collaboration skills, relating to others in a responsive and smooth manner. Furthermore, you are communicative and have an easy time listening and adapting your communication style. Additionally, you are a service-oriented person who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

There is an opportunity to work partially remotely.
